Onboarding Process

This mentorship helps new employees feel more comfortable in their roles and provides them with a trusted point of contact to turn to when they need assistance. 

Our mentoring programme pairs new employees with experienced mentors who can offer advice as they navigate their roles and career paths. We also offer coaching sessions to help employees identify their strengths and areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve their goals.

About the mentorship programme, Dobriyan said: “From the moment I started, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. Training Sessions and Workshops
