We developed an iOS application that allowed internal users to collaborate on tickets. It also allowed access to the diagnostic information on hardware devices and responding to reports from customers.
The application allows you to quickly see what tickets are open and what devices are currently offline. It also contains helpful how-to guide content and FAQ guidance materials.
The application also linked to the live real-time chat system to provide prompt support and engagement between staff and customers.
