As the result of an employee survey, which asked what our staff would like to see in the office redesign, we have introduced plants into our workspace. Consequently, we have successfully improved the overall experience for both employees and visitors. Here’s why you should visit and see for yourself:
Our office space is designed to encourage collaboration and teamwork. The presence of desk plants creates a relaxed and productive atmosphere. This fosters communication, creativity, and collaboration among our team members. Additionally, research has shown that exposure to nature can boost cognitive function and problem-solving skills. As clients, you will have the opportunity to interact with our team in a collaborative environment, where ideas flow freely, and innovation thrives.
We care about the well-being of our employees and visitors, so we have prioritised creating an environment that our team want to work in. Our office is adorned with lush greenery that acts as a natural air purifier. Our plants filter out pollutants and improve air quality. You can breathe cleaner air, free from harmful particles. Visiting our office will not only be visually appealing but also a breath of fresh air – literally.
We believe in being environmentally responsible, and our office space demonstrates this commitment. By bringing plants into our office, we are contributing to a more sustainable environment. Furthermore, plants are renewable resources that can help to:
Reduce energy consumption
Provide shade
Improve insulation
Regulate humidity levels
Finally, we utilised the expertise of local Warwick-based plant supplier, Moss, to kit out our office with the most suitable plants for our space. Consequently, a member of the Moss team visited us to advise us on what plants would thrive!
